Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. When you schedule an appointment, we are reserving that time-slot specifically for you, making it unavailable to our other clients. Please be mindful that no-shows, late cancellations, and late arrivals are disruptive to both providers and other clients. Deposits are required upon booking and are applied to the cost of the treatment. Deposits are fully refundable ONLY with a 48 hour notice. If you do need to cancel, we require a 48-hour notice prior to your appointed time. No-shows and late cancellations will result in forfeit of the deposit. We consider any notification less than 48 hours as a late cancellation. We honor a 15-minute grace period for late appointments before we consider it as a no-show. Please call or text our office as soon as possible if cancellation is necessary.
