CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

At Plump Medspa, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. We strive to accommodate our clients' needs while also managing our schedule efficiently. To ensure a smooth process for both parties, we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Notice Period: Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for appointment rescheduling, cancellation or modification. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients who may be on our waiting list or in need of urgent services. Any changes made within the 48-hour window may be subject to cancellation fees.

  2. Cancellation Fees: If a client fails to provide the required 48-hour notice their deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit must be placed for rebooking. In the case of a no-show, clients will be charged the full amount of the service they booked.

  3. Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and clients may need to reschedule their appointments. We encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible if they need to reschedule. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests based on our availability and the client's preferences. Rescheduling is allowed once, subsequent reschedules will require a new deposit. 

  4. Late Arrivals: We kindly request that clients arrive on time for their scheduled appointments to ensure that we can provide the full service without compromising our subsequent appointments. If a client arrives late, we may need to modify the service duration or reschedule the appointment, depending on the circumstances and our availability. Late arrivals greater than 15 minutes are subject to cancellation and forfeit their deposit, under any circumstances. 

  5. Exceptions: We recognize that certain situations may be beyond the client's control, such as emergencies or sudden illness. In such cases, we encourage clients to contact us promptly to discuss their circumstances, and we will do our best to handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. Again, if this occurs within 48 hours of the appointment, the client will be required to place a new deposit.
