The practice is founded and led by Nina Pherigo, a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner who oversees clinical direction and treatment standards.

Nina Pherigo, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Founder, Medical Director & Aesthetic Injector
Nina is an aesthetic injector and the Founder and Medical Director of Plump. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with six years of full-time injecting experience and advanced training in aesthetic medicine completed throughout the United States and internationally.
She leads the clinical direction of Plump, trains the nursing team, and performs injectable treatments across the full spectrum of care, including more advanced and higher-risk cases. Her work is guided by experience, anatomy, and careful decision-making, with a focus on refined results that patients can feel confident in.
Emma Tognoli, RN, BSN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Emma is an aesthetic nurse injector at Plump with a background in Emergency Medicine. She holds degrees in Public Health and Nursing and brings a calm, steady presence to her work.
Her approach reflects experience and sound judgment, along with a consistent focus on refining technique in service of thoughtful, well-planned results.
Rachael Kim, RN, BSN
Aesthetic Nurse Injector
Rachael is an aesthetic nurse injector at Plump. She began her nursing career with experience across skilled nursing, long-term care, and acute care before transitioning into aesthetic medicine.
At Plump, her work is grounded in anatomy, balance, and careful decision-making. She is committed to maintaining high standards and continually sharpening her practice.
Angelica
Practice Manager
Angie is the Practice Manager at Plump and oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice. She supports the clinical team, staff coordination, and patient experience, helping ensure the practice runs thoughtfully and consistently.
Angie brings a strong attention to detail and a calm, practical approach to her role. She values clear communication, alignment across the team, and creating an environment where both patients and staff feel supported.
Merari
Patient Coordinator
Merari is a Patient Coordinator at Plump and often the first point of contact for patients. She helps guide scheduling, answers questions, and supports a visit experience that feels welcoming and attentive.
She is completing a Business degree in management and marketing and working toward licensure as an Aesthetician. Merari brings a thoughtful presence to the practice and values helping patients feel comfortable and supported from their first interaction.
Natalie
Patient Coordinator
Natalie is a Patient Coordinator at Plump and supports patient communication and visit flow. She helps ensure patients feel informed and supported throughout their experience with the practice.
She is a licensed Advanced Aesthetician and brings a strong understanding of aesthetics and patient care to her role.
